The Last Patch of Snow
In the shadiest part of our driveway the last tiny patch of snow is holding on for dear life. Even with nice warm, summery days there’s that last little bit that I think wants to make it until May. Not happening. Even though I’ve only been home from Belgium for a little over a week it seems like much longer, perhaps because it has been so nice. Or maybe I’m just trying to convince myself it’s been a long time since I take off again tomorrow for another three weeks of whirlwinding. The Cali-Italy-Cali tour. Being this busy is great and has forced me to block out some legitimate vacation time for the summer, a much anticipated beach escape. Knowing I have that coming helps me stayed primed for the coming trips and get organized for farther down the road (including a possible Finnish shoot in August.) Got this shot Friday while down helping JPows refresh his image library. Show me a cool abandoned building and I melt.
