So I heard about this tiny part of SF where there’s an alley dedicated to creative “bombing” – ie graffiti – so when I went into the city this AM for a meeting I dropped in on my way home. Boy was it worth it. The painting was incredible, both sides of the alley just bursting with colors and depths you can’t believe came from spray paint cans. I guess the landlord encourages some of the city’s street artists to use the alley walls as their canvases. Check out the guy peering out from the train car on this one, totally creepy. I’ll post a couple more later. So if you ever in SF and want to see an amazing hidden urban treasure head to the Bluxome block between 5th and 6th.
